These Terms govern your access to and use of Nano-Roc's website, products, content and related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the store.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, or attempt to bypass security or access controls protecting the store.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Specifications, colors, packaging, included accessories, compatibility, availability and pricing can change. Product pages should be reviewed carefully before purchase, especially where exact compatibility matters.

3. Orders

An order submitted through checkout is a request to purchase. Nano-Roc may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, unavailable inventory, address problems, payment issues or other legitimate operational reasons. If an order is cancelled after payment, any applicable refund will be handled through the payment method and policies that apply.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices, discounts and promotions may change. The applicable price is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors. Payment methods are provided through the checkout options available on the store.

5. Shipping

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather and other events outside Nano-Roc's control may affect delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

Eligible returns are governed by the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to an order are not excluded by these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Nano-Roc and its licensors retain rights in the site's original text, graphics, layout, branding and other materials. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Services

The store uses Shopify and other service providers to support hosting, checkout, payments, analytics, customer communication, shipping and other functions. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the store's Privacy Policy and applicable law. Shopify also processes information as part of hosting and providing the commerce platform.

10. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback or other content, you are responsible for having the necessary rights to submit it. Content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate may be removed where permitted.

11. Errors and Changes

We may correct errors, update content, change product availability, modify pricing and revise site information without prior notice where permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nano-Roc is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable to Nano-Roc and the relevant transaction, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any mandatory jurisdictional rules.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version on the website. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
