What Our Guarantee Means

When a product is described as a branded item on Nano-Roc, our intention is that the item corresponds to that branded product and its stated model or variant. We work to maintain product listings using manufacturer information and product identifiers where those identifiers can be verified.

Product Condition

Product condition can differ by listing. A product may be new, or it may otherwise have a condition specifically stated on its product page. Customers should review the individual listing for the applicable condition, packaging, accessories, and other details before purchase.

Manufacturer Packaging & Accessories

Packaging and included accessories can vary by model, region, production run, and manufacturer configuration. We do not treat a specific packaging presentation or accessory bundle as universal unless it is stated for the product being sold.

Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer and may depend on product, region, model, serial number, purchase channel, and other eligibility conditions. Nano-Roc will not represent that a product has a particular warranty unless the applicable warranty information is supported for that product.

Product Identification

Where available, Nano-Roc may maintain manufacturer part numbers, GTINs, barcodes, model identifiers, or other product data to help distinguish products and variants. These identifiers are used as product-information fields and should not be treated as a substitute for the manufacturer's official warranty or registration rules.
