About Nano-Roc

Nano-Roc is an online retail brand focused on making good coffee more practical when your day does not happen next to a full-size coffee setup. Our product and editorial focus is portable coffee: travel espresso, self-heating brewers, compact brewing gear, grinders, travel cases, tumblers, stands and the everyday decisions that matter when coffee needs to fit around work, commuting, road trips, hotels, flights and outdoor routines.

Why We Started

Portable coffee is full of trade-offs. A commuter may care about speed and cleanup. A camper may care about hot-water access and power. A hotel traveller may want a compact routine with few loose parts. An office user may prioritize low mess. Nano-Roc exists to make those choices easier to understand and to make portable coffee feel less complicated.

What We Sell

Our catalog is intentionally centered on equipment and accessories that support coffee away from a conventional countertop setup. Product selection can include portable espresso machines, manual brewers, grinders, travel protection, cups and practical accessories.

Our Product-Information Approach

We prefer clear information over inflated marketing language. Product pages are built around the specifications, compatibility details, included components and operating information available for the specific model or variant. Where a claim cannot be reliably supported, we avoid presenting it as fact.

How We Think About Authenticity

Nano-Roc aims to offer genuine branded products and to maintain accurate product identification. Manufacturer part numbers, GTINs, barcodes and other identifiers are used when they can be reliably verified. See our Authenticity Guarantee.

Our Order Process

Customers can browse product information, select the appropriate variant, review pricing and checkout terms, and place an order through the secure Shopify checkout experience. Once an order is submitted, it enters our processing and fulfillment workflow. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Security and Payments

Checkout and payment processing are provided through the Shopify commerce platform and the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not ask customers to send complete payment-card details by email.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping availability and delivery estimates depend on product, destination and carrier. Tracking is supplied when available. Customs, duties and other destination-country requirements may apply to international orders. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Problem Resolution

Eligible returns are currently accepted within 30 days after receipt, subject to the conditions of our Refund Policy. We ask customers to contact us promptly about damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items so that the issue can be assessed.
