Refund Policy

Nano-Roc currently accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after an item is received, subject to the conditions below and any product-specific terms stated at purchase.

Start a Return

Do not send an item back before contacting orders@nanoroc.com. Include your order number, checkout email, product name and reason for the request. We will review eligibility and provide the applicable instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact orders@nanoroc.com promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered. Photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label can help us investigate. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, return, refund or another appropriate resolution.
